About this event
Our village tournament is a proper community day out: competitive football in the morning groups, knockouts after lunch, plus a barbecue, cake stall and raffle in aid of the club. Pitches are well-maintained grass with respect barriers. Each age group is capped so every team gets space to play and parents get space to park.

Safeguarding
All staff and volunteers are DBS-checked. A named safeguarding officer is on site throughout the event. Photography follows FA guidance and club consent policies.
Refunds & cancellations
Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organiser. Withdrawals more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund; within 14 days, a place may be transferred to another team.
