What TournHQ is
We are a listing and tournament-management platform. Organisers use it to advertise their events, take enquiries, manage team entries and publish fixtures, results and tables. We are not the organiser of any event listed here, and we don't take bookings or payments on organisers' behalf.
Events are the organiser's responsibility
Each event is organised, run and delivered by its organiser, and responsibility for the event — including its safety, staffing, insurance, refunds and delivery — rests with them. We review listings for obvious quality and safety issues, but you should always confirm details directly with the organiser before committing or attending.
Using the platform honestly
Don't post listings for events that don't exist, misrepresent who you are, submit spam enquiries, or use the platform to collect other people's details. We can edit, unpublish or remove listings and accounts that break these expectations, and we don't owe anyone a listing.
Enquiries and booking interest
Sending an enquiry or registering booking interest through the platform is a message to the organiser, not a confirmed booking. Any agreement you then reach — places, fees, refunds — is between you and the organiser.
Fees
Listing is free while we launch. We expect some optional promotional features to become paid later; if that happens we'll say so clearly before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged retrospectively.
The service, as-is
During early access the platform is provided as-is: we work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as we build.
