About this event

A genuinely competitive weekend for stronger grassroots and academy-affiliated sides. Group stages on Saturday, knockout rounds and finals on Sunday. Matches on premium 3G surfaces with qualified referees and assistant referees for semi-finals onwards. Video highlights of finals provided to all finalist teams. Strict squad registration applies — see the rules document.

Safeguarding

All staff and volunteers are DBS-checked. A named safeguarding officer is on site throughout the event. Photography follows FA guidance and club consent policies.

Refunds & cancellations

Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organiser. Withdrawals more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund; within 14 days, a place may be transferred to another team.
