About this event

Three trophies per age group — cup, plate and shield — so every team is still playing for silverware after the group stage. Qualified referees, marked spectator areas and a covered presentation area if the weather turns. Entry includes a team photo from our event photographer.

Safeguarding

All staff and volunteers are DBS-checked. A named safeguarding officer is on site throughout the event. Photography follows FA guidance and club consent policies.

Refunds & cancellations

Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organiser. Withdrawals more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund; within 14 days, a place may be transferred to another team.
